Our Bank (Bangkok Bank) will indicate the Merchant Name: Contact Travel (which is our company)

Then you must fill out the form with your personal details.

The Issuer Bank Country and Name should be filled out, with the name of your bank issuing your credit card.

CVV2/CVC2: This is a code located on the back of the credit card. Look for and input the last 3 digits at the end of the signature panel in the back of your credit card... as circled in the sample. This is important!

Contact Travel does not have access to the data on the Bangkok Bank form. We will receive a confirmation of payment by the bank, to notify the payment has been accepted. Then we will contact you to confirm our services.
