Itinerary
Depart 08h30 from your Chiangmai hotel, with your tour guide.
A great soft-adventure bringing participants to hill tribe villages well off the beaten path. As we drive by 4WD we can reach remote villages usually not visited. Visit a remote Karen hill tribe village we meet a friendly family. We will have a great experience, riding on an elephant’s back with the Karen mahouts through the surrounding forest.
Also visit the Chiangdao Elephant Camp, and watch the show. End the day at the Chiangdao caves, a Buddhist Temple and sanctuary, for exploration and relaxation before returning to Chiang Mai around 17h00. Drop off at your hotel.

Note: depending of season or number of participants, the off road 4WD section can be done with a “covered pick up truck”. The long distance transfers between Chiangmai and Chiangdao will be by air-conditioned van.
